VSE employee develops new precise demagnetisation plant

All components of the VSE flow meters are naturally slightly magnetised or become magnetised during the manufacturing process. However, magnetism disturbs the signal output of the electronics immensely. With the plate demagnetiser used up to now, a large part of the magnetism could be removed, but handling was more time-consuming and residual magnetism could not be completely avoided due to the heating plates in the demagnetiser. VSE employee Yannik Antoni has therefore developed an instrument that demagnetises the components much more precisely and quickly.

Find the perfect balance with DST

To adjust imbalances in rotors, DST has invested in a new balancing machine with an integrated drilling device.

New sensor electronics for VS(I) series

The sensor electronics of the VS(I) series has been revised with a pioneering development. For the new series "VSI+" the transducer system for scanning the rotation movements of the internal gear pairs has been edited .

New customer-specific ways of packaging

DST gladly designs the perfect (returnable) packaging according to your requirements. For a customer, the company recently sent their couplings in a padded metal case. Other reusable and environmentally friendly solutions are also possible.

Beinlich invests in a new CNC cylindrical grinding machine

Beinlich Pumpen has extended its machinery by a new universal CNC cylindrical grinding machine. With this investment customer orders can now be processed even quicker.

New VSE signal converter FU210-28

The FU210-28 is the functionally compatible and more powerful successor unit of our proven signal converter FU252-28.

VSE supplies flow meters for the battery manufacturing

Everyone is talking about electric mobility. When discussing about climate protection, electric transportation is becoming more and more important. For the manufacturing of batteries built into these vehicles, VSE recently supplied its VSI flow meters to the world’s largest battery manufacturer. Due to the technical superiority of these flow meters, VSE managed to prevail against its competitors in a long process.

HBE got a new single turret vertical

Shortly before the end of the year, the manufacturer of hydraulic components, HBE GmbH, has extended its machinery with a 3 axes single turret vertical with driven tools. This enables HBE to process even larger workpieces more efficiently.
