Calculation programme for tank heaters now online available

After you have entered the specific data, the programme determines the required heating power and recommends a suitable tank heater from the extensive supply range. The customer can not only choose between all standard global power supplies but can also determine whether he would like to have a temperature control directly installed in the unit or not. He has the choice between an external mounted or internal mounted controller.

Units from 0.25 kW up to 5 kW are available in different installation lengths. Ex-protection and special designs with higher power can be flexibly produced on request according to the specific technical requirements.

An exception in the supply range is the VR series. 3 standard sizes between 250 and 1,000 Watt in 230 V/DC design are always on stock. They are especially suitable for retrofitting on existing systems. Why? The heater can be retrofitted via a lid opening without a difficult oil drain or tank rework and can be fixed at the tank bottom via integrated magnets. A thermostat preset on 40°C as well as a 4 m long, oil resistant cable with cable gland are also included in the delivery.

A 24 V/DC design for mobile applications is also available from stock.
