Products for the Fluid and Drive technology at Hannover trade fair
Besides the proven gear and radial piston pumps, Beinlich exhibited the centrifugal pump NeoMag® and the newly developed progressive cavity pump VISCO.pump® at the Pumpe DE PUMPplaza. VISCO.pump® has been designed for precise dosing of fluids and pastes and is especially suitable for abrasive media and for dosing and dispensing proportional to speed. Accuracy and repeatability is ± 1%.
VSE focused at this year's Hannover trade fair on the development of a high-temperature version of the patented RS Series. The proven helical screw sensor principle offers a measurement with a high accuracy which is mostly independent of viscosity, a gentle measurement of the fluid, lowest pressure losses and a pulsation-free measurement. The new high-temperature sensor technology will cover a range up to 210°C by retaining the signal quality and other functions of the sensor module. Due to the development, it will be possible for VSE to open up and cover new markets in process engineering and hydraulics as well as in the marine technology. Besides the RS Series, VSE also presented its proven series VS, EF, VHM and VTR.
With a comprehensive portfolio of hydraulic components, HBE exhibited at Hannover trade fair. Apart from oil tanks, drive couplings and heat exchangers, the company located in Neuenrade, introduced its new cast-iron bellhousing for variable-speed drives. Additionally, HBE presented its new oil-/water heat exchanger of the UKC-G Series which is suitable for a direct installation in tanks or gears.
Oleotec showed check couplings for hydraulic devices which are distributed under the name MCS (Mini Control System). MCS (Mini Control System) is an easy-to-handle system for the measurement of pressure in hydraulic systems and comprises a wide, high-quality and low-cost range of miniature fittings, check couplings and corresponding accessories. This year the focus was on the newly developed check coupling MCS 621. With its zinc-nickel-plating the check coupling is especially resistant to rust and due to its wired system also especially noise reduced. Additionally, a poppet valve with O-ring sealing prevents from leakages and the special shape reduces pressure losses during the opening phase.
The résumé to the fair was more than satisfying: „The Hannover fair has already been one of the exhibition highlights in 2015. Again this year, the PUMPplaza was an ideal presentation platform for all new developments. You can easily get in contact with customers and other exhibitors and can exchange ideas and views about the latest technologies. Not least due to this point, we introduced our newly developed VISCO.pump® here", explains Managing Director Jürgen Echterhage.
